This self build's substructure and superstructure were constructed using our THEPASSIVHAUS technology, making the build both time and cost efficient without compromising on design, giving the client a very pleasant and stress-free self build experience.

Due to the particularly difficult ground conditions in this case, we integrated piling with our standard and Passivhaus Certified modular foundation system using pumped fibre reinforced concrete - the ultimate in sustainability and versatility where ground conditions are challenging.
