Timber Frame Specification
Advanced Housing Systems has developed a closed panel method of construction. This means that the external wall panels are fully fabricated in our factory, the insulation quilt and vapour barrier are fitted in an ideal dry environment and the panel is then clad on both faces, with electrical conduits fitted if appropriate. This reduces the amount of work that needs to be done on site and allows the frame to be quickly and accurately assembled.
We offer a range of different panel thcikness to suit your aestehic and percromance needs.
This diagram has been superceded by our improvements, but we've left it in as it shows the SIPS relation to the cladding, in this case brick.
